Q: What does room rate include and exclude?
A: Room rate are inclusive of service charge and value added TAX. Exclusive of any meal.
Q: Will I be able to get the room that I want on the day that I want and the price?
A: All reservations are subject to availability at time of booking period and prices are subject according to the room rate provided in The Belle Resort website.
Q: What time is the check IN-OUT, Early or late check-in and Late check-out?
- Check-In time is at 2PM.
- Check-Out time is at 12PM.
- Early check-in maybe charge subject on arrival time. However there's no guarantee if available, due to the limited storage capacity.

- Late check-in, in the circumstances where guest should require a late check in upon arrival date, please contact reception directly.
PLEASE NOTE the room reserved will only be hold for 1 day.
- Late check-out maybe charge.
- In the circumstances whereguest should need to check-out later than duration time.
- Charges will be apply after 1PM at the rate of 200 Baht / hour, please contact the receptionist in the morning on the departure date.
Q: Do you have Airport transfer?
- Airport transfer is available at the rate of 700 Baht / one-way with maximum passengers of 3
Mini Van for passengers from 4 - 8 people is available at the rate of 1,200 Baht / one-way.

- Guests are require to book for a transportation in advance before the arriving date.
Q: Do you charge for extra person and how much?
A: In the circumstance where guest should bring anyone whom at the arrival date did not registered as the hotel's guest will be charge at the rate of 400 Baht per person per day.
Q: How do I book and pay online?
- In order to make a reservation for your booking, guest MUST provide us with 50% deposit of your total room charge as confirmation of your booking.
PLEASE NOTE We accepts VISA OR MASTER CARD only.
Reservation will NOT be made with out a valid credit card details.
- In the circumstance that guest is not comfortable about providing a CVV number, guest have to provide us with a copy of Passport and a confirmed flight details.
Q: What if I want to cancel my reservation?
- In the circumstances where guest is to cancel their reservation, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
- In the circumstances where quest is to cancel or did not show up but have already paid the total 100% room charge, that 100% room charge is non-refundable.
Q: What if I want to check out early but have already paid for everything?
- In the circumstances where guestrequest to check out before the actual departure date, guest will be provided a credit note as a refund.
- PLEASE NOTE credit note can only be use with-in stipulated time period stated in terms and condition on the credit note. THIS ONLY APPLY TO RESERVATION MADE FROM HOTEL WEBSITE AND WALK-IN GUESTS
Q: Is there Internet?
A: FREE Wi-Fi is provided at every floor of the hotel as well as FREE computers with Internet access available at the lobby.
Q:I have 3 people but only want 1 room is that possible?
- As the policy of the hotel 1 reserved room allows a maximum capacity of 2 people.
- In the circumstances where guestneed to fit 3 people in 1 reserved room the third person will be provided with an extra bed at the charge of 500 Baht per person per night for(Green season), 800 Baht per person per night for(High & peak season)
Q: Is there an elevator in the hotel?
A: There is an elevator available for use.
Q: How's the weather during my trip in Phuket?

Q: Do you provide tour and how much?
A: For tourist assistance and cost please contact the reception upon your arrival day, for us to assist you with the best plan for your trip in Phuket.
Q: Is there a hospital near the hotel?
A: The local PhuketPatong hospital is only 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.
Q: What to do at night?
A: There's a famous walking street only 2-5 minutes walk from the hotel.
Q: Is there restaurant near by?
A: There are a number of restaurants along the way as you walk towards the hotel such as; Subway, McDonald, Burger King as well as local restaurants.
Q: How close is the hotel from nearby shopping centre?
A: The biggest closest shopping centre is Jungceylon shopping centre only 5 minutes walk from the hotel.
Q: Do you have laundry service?
A: Laundry service is provided with a charge at the rate of 50 Baht / KG
Q: Does the hotel offer smoking/non-smoking floor?
A: Guest is allow smoking at the lobby floor and at the balcony of each room only but NOT in the room
Q: Is there a parking lot?
A: Guests are allow parking in front of the hotel, however guest will have to leave the key with the receptionist in order to move the car around due to the limited space and busy traffic in the Soi.
Q: Why do I have to provide my credit card number?
A: Guests are required to submit a credit card details at the time of booking in order to hold your room and complete the reservation.
